By accessing or using Uhmingle, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and by Uhmingle's Privacy Policy and 18+ Content Policy. If you don't agree with any part of these terms, please don't use Uhmingle.

2. Eligibility

Uhmingle is available only to individuals who are at least 18 years old. By using Uhmingle, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Uhmingle is not directed at, and must not be used by, anyone under 18.

3. Description of Service

Uhmingle provides a free, browser-based platform that randomly connects users for one-on-one video or text conversations. Uhmingle does not require account registration and does not guarantee the identity, age, or intentions of any user you are matched with, beyond the enforcement measures described in the Safety page.

4. User Conduct

While using Uhmingle, you agree not to:

• Engage in, display, or solicit sexual content involving, or appearing to involve, a minor.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
• Share content that is obscene, violent, or otherwise unlawful.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity in a harmful way.
• Use Uhmingle for commercial solicitation, spam, or scams.
• Attempt to bypass Uhmingle's moderation, filters, or reporting systems.

5. Recording & Content

You may not record, screenshot, or redistribute another user's video, audio, or messages without their explicit consent. Uhmingle does not store chat content on its servers beyond what is necessary for security and moderation purposes.

6. Suspension & Termination

Uhmingle may suspend or permanently block access for any user who violates these Terms, the Community Guidelines, or applicable law, with or without prior notice, at Uhmingle's discretion.

7. Disclaimers

Uhmingle is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Uhmingle does not control, and is not responsible for, the behavior or content shared by individual users during a chat, though it maintains moderation and reporting systems designed to reduce harm.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Uhmingle and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including interactions with other users.

9. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of Uhmingle after a change is posted means you accept the revised Terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest update.
