Uhmingle doesn't require an account, so we don't collect names, emails, or passwords to use the service. We do collect limited technical information automatically, such as your IP address, approximate location (country/region), device and browser type, and basic usage data — mainly for matching, security, and moderation.

To connect you with a random match, including honoring interest tags or a country filter you set.
To detect and prevent abuse, fraud, and violations of our Community Guidelines.
To maintain and improve the reliability of Uhmingle's video and text chat.
To comply with legal obligations, including responding to lawful requests from authorities.

3. No Chat Recording

Uhmingle does not record or store the video, audio, or text content of your conversations once a session ends. Automated moderation operates on live streams to detect policy violations, but this is not the same as storing a persistent recording of your chat.

4. Sharing of Information

We don't sell personal data. Limited technical information may be shared with service providers who help operate Uhmingle (such as hosting or security providers), or with law enforcement when required by law, particularly in cases involving the safety of a minor or other serious harm.

5. Cookies

Uhmingle may use minimal cookies or local storage to keep the site functional — for example, to remember an interest tag you've set for your current visit. These are not used to build an advertising profile of you.

6. Children's Privacy

Uhmingle is intended solely for users 18 and older and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we become aware that a user is a minor, the associated access will be blocked and any related data deleted where feasible.
